Horizontal Shaft Impactor - HSI

Features

  • SSD M – Sand Machine HSI (Horizontal Shaft Impactor Crusher) is specially designed to produce M – Sand from (-) 40 mm size aggregates.
  • Its productivity is high consuming less power. Top housings can be opened for maintenance through a hydraulic system.
  • The hydraulic system is inbuilt into the machine.
  • The rotor is dynamically balanced to eliminate vibrations and stresses. Rotor discs are strengthened and covered from wear plates.
  • Body Internal hull is fully layered with wear resisting lining plates. The blow bars, impact plates and liner plates are of heavy wear resistant special alloy steel.
  • Blow bars can be reversed when top side is worn-out.
  • Wear status can be seen through inspection door on the sides. Very easier to operate and maintain.
